Competition Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 and above, excluding employees, agents, and subcontractors of Sky Detergents South Africa, their families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
- Competition Period: The competition will run from 00:00 on 24 July 2024 to 23:59 on 30 August 2024.
- Entry: To enter the competition, participants must follow or like Sky social media pages, tag three friends, and share the competition post.
- Prize: Three winners will each receive a Midea Microwave and a Sky hamper.
- Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random by the Sky team. The announcement will be made on 7 September 2024.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Winners must respond within 24hrs of notification and provide their full name, email address, and postal address.
- Publicity: By entering the competition, winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Sky.
- Limitation of Liability: Sky accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
- Data Protection and Privacy: Sky will use the personal details provided solely for the administration of the competition, unless consent for other uses is given. Personal details will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
- General: Sky reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of Sky’s control. Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible. Sky is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party connected with this competition.
- Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
